We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Product Development (PD) Assistant (for a Temporary, replacement for 6 monthes) to join our dynamic Sales and Product Development team. 
This role is ideal for candidates with an agricultural background and a passion for developing innovative varieties that meet market demands.

Job description

• planning seasonal trials by crop and geographical area, preparing field maps, allocating seeds, and coordinating logistics.
• Conduct hands-on fieldwork, including planting at grower’s fields, weighing fruits, documenting data, and capturing field observations through photos.
• Analyze trial results, draw conclusions, and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Compile and present detailed reports summarizing findings, insights, and proposals for future development.
• Support and assist the Product Development and Sales teams in achieving business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate closely with breeding, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product development aligns with market demands.
• Monitor competitor products and market trends to identify new opportunities.

What we expect of you

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field- must
• 1–3 years of experience in agriculture.
• Ability to work under variable environmental conditions associated with field work.
• Willingness to driving extensively across Israel- Valid driving license is a must
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, self-motivated with teamwork abilities.
• Creativity and “outside the box” thinking
• strong computer skills.
