Main Goal
As Hazera's Organizational change & IL IT Manager for Limagrain Vegetable Seeds (LVS) Business Line, you will play a dual role. Your primary focus will be leading organizational change management for the ERP transformation project, "Program Next Odyssey," ensuring a smooth transition, employee engagement, and organizational alignment. In addition, as a member of NEXT-Odyssey Global Steering Committee, you will contribute to harmonization, resource coordination, and long-term system adoption.
Additionally, you will manage the IL IT team, guiding its integration with the global LVS IT structure to strengthen collaboration and connectivity. You will oversee Hazera's IT landscape, assess company-wide transformation impacts on processes and roles, develop and coordinate action plans, and monitor implementation to ensure business continuity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead change management efforts for “Program Next Odyssey”, ensuring employee engagement and smooth implementation.
- Act as Hazera’s key contact for the program, collaborating closely with project teams.
- Coordinate communication and training initiatives with HR to support impacted teams.
- Track KPIs, monitor progress, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Provide regular updates to the executive committee, highlighting progress, risks, and challenges.
- Manage key stakeholders, support users, and oversee a dedicated PMO role within the program.
- Lead the LVS IT IL team in collaboration with functional managers, ensuring IT contracts and budgets align with company policies.
- Conduct a full audit of Hazera IL’s IT landscape and develop a roadmap for integration into LVS IT.
- Support IT skill development and ensure reliable backup solutions.
- Contribute to the LVS IT roadmap, manage IT assets, and enhance cybersecurity in alignment with Limagrain Group objectives.
- Foster collaboration with key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in IT efficiency and work quality.
Profile Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- ERP knowledge and experience, knowing Oracle JDE solution is an advantage.
- At least 5 years in team management & global change management experience, preferably in IT.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure and ambiguity.
- Experience in multicultural environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew; additional language (Dutch/French) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
