Position Summary

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end seed export process (commercial sales and samples), from order receipt through final delivery to the customer. The position also supports post-sale activities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing from order entry through delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Managers and customers.
• Receive and review customer orders, clarify all relevant details, and enter orders into the system.
• Coordinate and manage the internal order fulfillment process in collaboration with Commercial, Planning & Control, Production, Quality Control, Finance, and Management teams.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Prepare and ensure compliance of all export documentation in accordance with destination country regulations and legal requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics providers, optimizing for security, transit time, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and track shipments through to final delivery.
• Manage seed return processes when required.
• Oversee seed exports for sample and breeding programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in a relevant field).
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing air and sea export shipments, including work with shipping lines and customs brokers in the agriculture or pharmaceutical sectors – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and documentary credits (Letters of Credit).
• Familiarity with the seed industry – an advantage.

• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours when required.

• Languages- Hebrew – Native proficiency, English – Fluent to near-native level (mandatory), Additional languages – Significant advantage.
