Role overview
The Commercial Operations Manager drives business growth and profitability by bridging sales, marketing, and operational teams. They optimize revenue-generating processes, manage sales technology and data, set performance metrics, and oversee customer support. Their role ensures efficient, data-driven sales execution to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Ensure profitability by controlling revenue mechanics (pricing, discounts, margins)
- Translate commercial strategy into measurable execution and performance tracking
- Align demand and supply, ensuring execution discipline and business continuity
- Drive operational excellence, transparency, and decision-making through clear KPIs
Responsibilities
- Ensures commercial policies are implemented and adhered to
- Executes and enforces pricing and margin discipline
- Monitors and steers performance (revenue, margins, pricing)
- Tracks and improves key commercial KPIs (forecast accuracy, orderbank, budget execution, profitability, collections)
- Drives execution consistency across regions and functions
Candidate profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, sales operations, or S&OP roles
- Strong background in pricing, margin management, and financial analysis
- Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and supply alignment
- Proven experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, SAP) and data tools (Power BI, Excel)
- Data-driven decision making & tools (ERP/BI)
- Results-oriented with high discipline and ownership

Recruitment process
