Function

כרכז.ת טיפוח בתחום גידולי עגבניות, ביחידת המו”פ של הזרע, תהיה/י אחראי על ביצוע כל עבודות האופרציה של צוות הטיפוח. תעבוד/י בצמוד למטפח, תכיר/י את כל נושא האגרונומיה וייצור הזרעים בתחום העגבנייה ואת השווקים שונים. כמו כן, תלמד/י עבודת ממשקים רחבה בארגון גלובאלי ורחב. בשלבים מתקדמים תכיר/י זוויות מסחריות ותהליכי קבלת החלטות.

Job description

  • הוצאה לפועל של תוכניות הטיפוח, כולל תוכניות זריעה, שתילה ובדיקות מעבדה.
  • תמיכה בביצוע תצפיות וסלקציות בעבודת שדה בארץ ובחו”ל.
  • הדרכה ובקרה על עבודת הטכנאים והעובדים העונתיים.
  • אחריות על כל פעילויות תומכות טיפוח.
  • עבודה מול חקלאים ומגדלים מקומיים.
  • תיעוד, דיווח ומעקב שוטף אחר התפתחות צמחים בחלקות הטיפוח.
  • מעקב אחר פעילות צוות הפריות, ביצוע הפריות בתכניות מיוחדות.
  • תפעול שוטף של תוכנת הטיפוח (רשימות משתלה, רשימות שדה, בדיקות מעבדה, מלאי  זרעים וכדומה).
  • עבודה מול מעבדות החברה ומעקב אחר תוצאות.
  • שעות עבודה: 06:00-15:00.

What we expect of you

  • B.Sc/M.Sc בחקלאות או במדעי החיים
  • רישיון נהיגה- חובה.
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה– חובה.
  • רקע בגנטיקה, ביולוגיה מולקולארית ופיסיולוגיה של הצמח- יתרון.
  • ידע בסטטיסטיקה ותכנות לניתוח סטטיסטי- יתרון.
  • מוטיבציה לתפקיד המשלב עבודת שטח עם עבודה משרדית.
  • אקסל ברמה גבוהה – חובה
  • יכולת עבודה מדויקת עם מסד נתונים גדול ודינאמי
  • יכולת עבודה בתנאים משתנים ובלחץ זמן
