Job description
For our subsidiary in Germany we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/x) - Rhine Ruhr region
- Provide active technical and commercial advice to vegetable growers, including variety selection, cultivation strategies, and crop management.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships within an established sales territory.
- Organize and monitor variety trials, field visits, and seasonal crop support.
- Support the market introduction of new varieties and their strategic positioning.
- Participate in trade fairs, field days, customer events, and regional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and derive actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to bring customer feedback and market insights into the organization.
- Take sales responsibility for the assigned territory, including revenue targets.
What we expect of you
- Completed education or degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of vegetable production, ideally open-field crops.
- Experience in sales, technical advisory services, or field support is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a confident and friendly manner.
- Independent, well-organized working style and a strong customer focus.
- Willingness to travel within the Rhein-Ruhr region.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B).
