Main Goal
The Seed Regulatory Specialist ensures Hazera’s operational compliance with seed-related regulations worldwide while leveraging regulatory affairs as a strategic advantage. The Seed Regulatory Specialist provides clear, up-to-date regulatory requirements per country, flags non-compliance and risks, and proactively informs the business of regulatory changes. This role also drives the implementation of regulatory updates and contributes to a unified advocacy strategy across Hazera, LVS, and Limagrain to support business objectives and regulatory alignment.
Job description
- Monitoring seed regulations affecting Hazera's global activities.
- Provide clear, up-to-date overviews of minimum regulatory obligations, flag instances and risks of non-compliance with relevant stakeholders and higher management.
- Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation to support regulatory compliance and train the relevant stakeholders.
- Managing regulatory change implementation across Commercial, Legal, R&D, Supply Chain and other functions.
- Represent Hazera, LVS, and Limagrain in regulatory forums, industry associations.
- Acting as the main seed regulatory contact for Hazera within the wider Limagrain Group.
- Supporting quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance.
What we expect of you
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/life sciences/Industrial Engineering;
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in regulatory aspects role from the Seed industry;
- Strong analytical, reporting, project leadership, and change management skills.
- Fluent in English

Recruitment process
