Job description

You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: 

Planning – Flow Coordination, Ensure Best Use of Stock, Production Plan

· Plan and Coordinate Supply Chain Planning activities according to Demand while respecting Cost & Operational Constraints

· Monitor Supply Key Performance Metrics on a daily/weekly basis & take corrective actions based on trends

· Analyze, determine and present Supply Production Programs to Internal Stakeholders


Executing – Flow Coordination, Ensure Best Use of Stock, Subcontracting, Quality Interpretation

· Maintain critical inventory parameters including classification and stock allocations per market demand

· Determine and execute processes/ technical paths for stock based according to commercial needs

· Manage stock, set priorities in order to optimize quality tests and factory operations (minimize loss, etc.)

· Determine and launch complementary quality tests


Communicating – Sales Interfaces, Team Management/Team-Orientation

· Marketing and Sales meetings: identify market trends to anticipate and prepare appropriate stock levels

· Suggest prorates based on supply trend (stock quality, etc.) and exception forecast

· Collaborate with Sales Data Planning (SDP), understand sales trends and dynamics, impact to supply planning

· Consult Seed Supply Managers (SSM) and Product Managers (PM) for proper production placement

· Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers to optimize factory capacity and meet customer demand

· Communicate with urgency, concise analysis of supply constraints to all stakeholders including Inventory Manager, PM, SDP and Quality Control


Continuous Improvement – Ensure Best Use of Stock, Quality Interpretation, Continuous Improvement

· Identify gaps in process that are driving repeat offenses in supply level metrics

· Study quality parameters, trends, genealogies, stock levels and identify root causes using quantitative support

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need: 

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering or other related fields required

· Minimum of 2 years of direct Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or seed industry experience preferred

· Experience with MPR/ERP (JD Edwards/JDE), SAP or Oracle

· Proficient in a Windows-based PC environment (PowerPoint, Word, Excel required)

· APICS or other certification advantageous
