Production
Main Goal
Within the responsible area, execute & monitor the allocated production orders to secure the timely availability of the requested quantity and quality with effective mobilization of resources and manpower. Ensure to take all precautionary measure to control/ or avoid the environmental pollution.
Job description
•Quantity, quality and timeliness of seed produced •Adequate and timely reports provided to Deputy NW Manger/ or Production Officer
•Accurate and up-to-date reporting of field activity to ensure IP of the product
•Careful handling production plots to ensure right quality and quantity.
•Disease free seed production with effective implementation of Hygiene
• Execution of agreements with the grower for the production order and ensure that HMC and ensure no use of child labor during production activity as per policy though effective field monitoring according to CLAP policy.
What we expect of you
•Knowledge of the crop, growing practices within assigned area and labor base
•Familiarity with production research practices and field plot techniques is strongly preferred
•Ability to synchronize the need of the company with the needs and demands of the contracted internal customer
