Main Goal

The Operations Executive – Packing Department is responsible for supervising and optimizing packing operations to ensure timely, efficient, and quality-driven output. This role exists to coordinate manpower, materials, and processes in compliance with safety and quality standards, thereby supporting smooth operation flow and on-time dispatches.

Job description

•    Supervise daily packing operations and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
•    Monitor packing line performance to achieve efficiency and output targets.
•    Perform and follow all quality checkpoints designed for the process.
•    Ensure correct packing materials, labeling, and documentation are used as per specifications.
•    Coordinate with non-seed and warehouse teams for material availability.
•    Conduct in-process checks to maintain quality and reduce rejection/rework.
•    Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
•    Allocate work to packing supervisor, operators and packing assistant as per daily targets.
•    Train and guide team members on SOPs, safe handling, and packing practices.
•    Track usage of packing materials and minimize wastage.
•    Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and enforce proper PPE usage.
•    Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the packing area.
•    Report hazards, near-misses, and ensure corrective actions.
•    Prepare and submit daily/shift-wise packing reports.
•    Drive OEE & CRP Implementation, identify bottlenecks in packing processes and suggest improvements.
•    Support automation, lean practices, and cost reduction initiatives.
•    Participate in audits and ensure compliance readiness.
•    Drive continuous improvement for productivity, quality, and safety in packing operations
