Job description
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:
Document Management
• Work Order Preparation — Prepares accurate work orders based on production and warehouse schedules; assigns them to the correct pack lines or processing areas.
• Assignment Coordination — Ensures pack lines and warehouse teams receive timely, correct documentation to maintain smooth material flow.
• Records Retention — Maintains organized digital and physical records in compliance with manufacturing and regulatory retention standards.
• Document Tracking — Tracks work order progress, updates logs, and ensure completed documents are filed accurately for audits and traceability.
• Quality Checks — Reviews all documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before distribution or filing.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Supply Chain Planning Support — Coordinates with Supply Chain Planning to align work orders with material availability, production priorities, and warehouse capacity.
• Customer Service Coordination — Works with Customer Service to address order changes, documentation issues, and customer specific requirements that impact production or shipping.
• Information Flow Management — Ensures timely communication between production, warehouse, supply chain, and customer service teams to prevent delays.
• Issue Resolution — Assists in resolving discrepancies related to orders, documentation, inventory counts, or production scheduling.
General Administrative Support
• Office Coordination — Maintains office supplies, organizes shared workspaces, and supports daily administrative needs for production and warehouse teams.
• Meeting Support — Prepares agendas, takes meeting minutes, and distributes follow up materials for production, warehouse, and safety meetings.
• Data Entry — Updates ERP systems, inventory logs, production reports, and other operational databases with high accuracy.
• Customer Service — Provides general support to internal teams, visitors, drivers, and vendors as needed.
What we expect of you
To be considered, you will need:
• Associate degree in business, operations, or related field
• 2-3 years Eexperience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with work orders, pack lines, or production documentation
• Experience with inventory systems or supply chain processes
