Job description
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:
• Assist in drafting safety announcements and communications.
• Assist location management with interpretation and implementation of risk control and hazard assessment.
• Maintain the safety network and structure up to date through ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders. Research ad hoc safety requests (local laws and regulations).
• Support WC administration. Including following up on necessary forms, updating tracker, action items from WC insurance, following up on accommodations, etc.
• Follow-up workplace incidents investigation process and reporting. Track and ensure all necessary documentation is complying with local regulations and company standards.
• Maintain safety documentation up to date by ensuring all relevant materials are accessible to authorized personnel while preserving confidentiality.
• Report AMPA and global KPIs, collecting information across the region for consolidation.
• Maintain the Safety Training Library updated and ensure information it’s accessible to all employees.
• Maintain and administer the Safety eLearning training platform.
• Monitor and track annual compliance of the in-person training scheduling and logistics with provider.
What we expect of you
To be considered, you will need:
- Minimum of BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)

o This position’s range is $22 - $25/hr
