Job description
Purpose of the Position:
The Regional Business Manager Level III (RBMIII) is a senior enterprise commercial leader responsible for driving long-term growth, profitability, and transformation across a strategically critical region.
Position Description Summary:
This position will lead, manage and develop Regional Managers, Regional Sales Leads, and Technical Sales Representatives for the specified region by developing a portfolio of vegetable seed products, increasing market share/sales and managing profitability of the region for the Business Unit (BU) of HM. CLAUSE within the scope of the defined commercial strategy. This role owns full profit & loss (P&L) accountability, and shapes enterprise-aligned regional strategy while serving as a key connector between customers, regions, and cross-functions.
Position Territory:
The Regional Business Manager role will be based in Florida, Georgia, or the Carolinas and will support an East Coast-focused territory. The position requires strong regional collaboration and a strategic approach to driving growth across the Eastern U.S. markets.
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:
· Define and execute multi-year regional commercial strategies aligned with enterprise objectives
· Own and manage full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margin, investment, and cost management
· Consolidate regional sales forecasts and manage performance against forecasts
· Lead and develop senior leaders and build robust succession pipelines
· Drive complex transformation and growth acceleration initiatives; working with the Product Development Manager, provide sales and market share insights throughout the product development process.
· Serve as senior commercial interface for strategic customers and partners
· Influence enterprise decisions across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR
· Represent the business externally at industry forums and strategic engagements
What we expect of you
To be considered, you will need:
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Agronomy, Business or related field Required
· MBA Degree preferred
· 8+ years of progressive senior commercial leadership or sales management or related experience
· Demonstrated success leading large, complex organizations
· Must be available to travel 50% of the time, domestically and limited international travel

May travel 50 of time in a company provided vehicle to visit customers in industry functions and field trials.
