Function

Sales

Main Goal

Regional Sales Review within sales department, based on current forecast aimed at better sales execution with the each county in the region, integrating sales planning & reporting.

Job description

  • Particpating in SNOP meeting and discuss about shortage and loss sales and next month supply availability.                                                                                                                                  
  • Review RSP file and submit to the supply team before SNOP meeting.                                                                                      
  • Pre- SNOP call with sales team and review the RSP file with NSM.                                                                                  
  • Monthly working on sales loss data and quarterly submit to the CS team.                                                                        
  • Order Management - Review the orders and coordinate with Supply planners for priority packing
  • Daily preparing sales card and sending to the sales/supply/CS team and Management.                                                                                                         
  • Open order vs supply status review and ensure RSP quantities are delivered.
  • Working on the monthly allocation of the shortage product with the allignment of Supply and Sales team.
  • Overseeing monthly FC modification in Compass. Connecting with the stake holder for any action needed to make the FC most accurate.
  • Act as replenishment planner for C&Fs and plan accordingly based on stock availability for current month+1 and 2.
  • Preparing the sales target file for India allignmnet with the GM/Sales or export manager and Finance.
  • Necessary contact with other sales planner in other hubs.
  • Sales Reporting compilation of Asia
