Main Goal
To execute timely Processing, Disinfection, Treatment and Blending of seeds with safety and Quality.
Job description
• Supervise team and processing & treatment activities.
• Train the team on the processes & safety practices.
• Manage the performance of his area of operation by regular tracking of his KPIs.
• Operation of JDE for Printing of Work Orders and Confirmations.
• Entry of all the Test Results-Moisture and TSW in JDE during confirmation.
• Maintain 5S and follow 5S in the work area.
• Follow SOP and WI during Work.
• Process control and process improvements within area.
• Perform Sampling as per procedures.
• Daily SIM board discussion with team.
• Execute the Plan of day-to-day Processing, Disinfection and Treatment activities.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Follow the set Procedures to maintain Product Quality.
• Hands on Experience in Processing Equipment Handling.
• Coordinate with maintenance Team for Preventive maintenance schedules
• Support in Collecting and analyzing data to find places of waste or overtime
• Commit to plant safety procedures.
• Support in Developing systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Strong people management skills
• Access point of escalation for resolution of complex event issues as escalated by team members
• Drive change management activities
• Supports new business initiatives as per instructions
• Manage day-to-day workflow, ensuring the team is meeting standards and service level agreement (SLA).
• Provide feedback and encourage learning by team members
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics to ensure goal attainment
• Ensure set procedures and controls are properly followed
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with Team members.
• Participate in Audits
• Follow-up on internal audit requests as scheduled and monitor throughout year to ensure policies and procedures are updated and adhered
