Main Goal

Lead Seed Operations in Vietnam by driving safe, efficient, and high-quality plant operations while supporting supply planning activities to meet business objectives. The role is responsible for operational excellence, team development, inventory management, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer service, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Job description

Operations Management (75%)

• Lead seed processing, inventory management, and day-to-day plant operations.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Gemba, SIM) to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage plant OPEX/CAPEX and support continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and operational standards.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, cost efficiency, and manufacturing performance.

Supply Planning (25%)

• Support S&OP processes to balance demand and supply and ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Lead seed production and purchase planning activities.
• Optimize inventory levels, review forecasts, align capacity, and mitigate supply risks.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
