Main Goal
Manage the HR activities of the subsidiary to achieve the goals set by the General Manager, in collaboration with the Regional Director of HR, in compliance with the guidelines and objectives of the HR policy of the business unit and the legal requirements of the country. Supporting the HR team and the managers of all departments of the subsidiary to facilitate the development of the human capital.

Job description
1.Team Management
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the HR team, ensuring clear objectives, effective task allocation and high-quality execution.
Set performance standards, provide coaching and conduct performance reviews to develop team capability and accountability.
Foster a collaborative working environment while ensuring data accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement within the HR function.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in close partnership with management to meet short-, mid- and long-term workforce planning needs.
Build strong talent pipelines and external partnerships, ensure competitive compensation practices, and oversee onboarding, social security coordination, as well as work permit and visa processes for foreign employees.
3. People Development and Employee Relations
Lead the annual performance appraisal process, provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees, and oversee employee relations matters including disciplinary actions in alignment with HR policies and the General Manager.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Lead the annual salary planning process to ensure pay-for-performance principles, internal equity and market competitiveness.
Design and review compensation & benefits policies based on market benchmarking and regulatory updates to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
Act as the key contact for payroll-related matters, supporting managers and employees with clear guidance and resolution.
5. Training
Develop and drive a strategic learning and development framework aligned with business priorities, workforce capability gaps, legal requirements and budget, while measuring training effectiveness to ensure sustainable organizational growth.
6. Safety and Risk Prevention
Coordinate the implementation of the annual safety and risk prevention plan in alignment with local regulations and regional standards, ensuring timely compliance and proper documentation.
Collaborate with management, safety committees and employees to support incident management, mandatory safety training and effective communication of safety matters.
7. Project Development
Collaborate with regional HR and local leadership to execute and coordinate strategic HR projects in Vietnam.
8. HRIS
Deploy, implement, and continuously improve HRIS to advance HR operational efficiency; Leverage HRIS to drive data-based HR decisions and strategies
9. Maintain Positive Company Culture
Partner with management to strengthen employee engagement, morale and retention through relationship-building initiatives and regular internal activities.
What we expect of you
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, influencing, and problem solving skill.
