Job description
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:
· Exercise of strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative processes
· Management of all new hire onboarding activities, including pre-onboarding activities such as background checks and mobility coordination, new hire schedules, equipment ordering, office set-up coordination, and working with managers to develop new hire orientation schedules
· Serve as Local HR Support (LHRS) group lead, organize monthly updates meetings with the team, provide them training, and ensure the LHRS are effectively delivering the desired experience. Organize annual team meeting
· Management of all HR administrative activities, including HR reporting & metrics, HR Invoices, personnel files, I-9 and E-verify management, UI response management, EDD claims, and department filings
· Under the supervision of the HR Ops Manager, attend legal updates, make policy updates/revisions, present updates to the team, maintain FLC documents updated, perform compliance audits, and engage in general compliance projects when needed
· Announcements: write, distribute, and/or work with internal communications, to write/distribute company and department announcements for organizational changes, new employees, transfers, promotions, connect meetings, policy updates, etc.
· Administrative utilization of HRIS and various related HR software
· Maintains strict confidentiality of HR information at all times
· Supports the recruiting function as backup support – entering data in ATS, scheduling candidate appointments, and following up on candidate activity
· Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department by providing support to the HR Business Partners and other HR functions as needed
· Performs other special assignments or projects as assigned
What we expect of you
To be considered, you will need:
· B.A/B.S degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
· Requires superior writing and oral communication skills
· 2+ years Human Resources Experience preferred
· Team player who is resourceful and capable of working in a busy and pressured environment
· Ability to maintain confidential information
· Strong interpersonal, organizational and superb attention to detail
· Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn additional programs as necessary
· Spanish is a plus

- This position’s range is $31 - $33/hr
Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures. As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
