Main Goal

HM Clause FP&A Manager is seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Junior FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A reporting team in delivering reliable financial data, reporting and analysis across the organization.
This role is key to ensuring data availability and integrity, supporting financial planning processes and contributing to reporting improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Business Unit Financial Reporting

•    Produce and communicate monthly analysis on Operating Expenses (OPEX), Personnel Costs (PERC) to FP&A Manager, identifying and explaining variances vs budget and vs last year
•    Produce and communicate monthly reporting on Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) to FP&A Manager, identifying and explaining variances vs budget. 
•    Support preparation, communication and continuous improvement of financial reports.
•    Maintain and control BI dashboard and reporting tools to ensure key financial data are accurate and accessible to FP&A Business Analysts and operational teams.

Forecast and Budget  
 
•    Support the FP&A Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities, including planning, preparation and consolidation by ensuring alignment with Group, Business Line, and Business Unit guidelines. 
•    Perform ad hoc financial forecasting analysis and modeling as required.
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Financial Data management 

•    Maintain analytical structures within the ERP system (cost centers, accounts, IFRS, …).
•    Administrate the CAPEX Tool (workflow management) 
•    Manager BI solution access for users (OPEX)
•    Ensure data mapping is accurate and aligned with business and reporting requirements.
•    Perform regular internal controls to guarantee data quality and consistency.

Project & Change Management

•    Assist the FP&A team in documenting robust processes and controls, leveraging automation and digital tools to streamline and integrate reporting workflows.
•    Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business process efficiency, developing standardized methodologies, and harmonizing financial tools and procedures. 

What we expect of you

•    BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
•    1 year of experience minmum in finance.
•    French & English fluency is required.
•    Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
•    Experience consolidating data, cash-flow analysis, a plus, 
•    Experience working in an international environment a plus. 
•    Knowledge of JD Edwards, SAP Hana, Oracle Hyperion a plus
