Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Specialist to support our digital and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience managing digital campaigns and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
What we expect of you
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update content on HM Clause India’s social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
 - Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand visibility, and customer engagement
 - Coordinate with internal teams to create engaging digital content (posts, videos, graphics, etc.)
 - Track and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
 - Assist in maintaining the corporate website and ensuring up-to-date information
 - Support email marketing and basic SEO/SEM efforts as needed
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
 - 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
 - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
 - Good written and verbal communication skills
 - Language – Hindi, English with good fluence in communication & other local languages with be added efficiency.
 - Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
