Job description

You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: 

•    Resource management process
o    Coordinate the end to end R&D Resource Planning process ensuring the implementation of tool enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
o    Develop, improve, and implement R&D resource forecasting and monitoring tools
o    Collaborate with R&D Breeding & Operations directors to translate the portfolio strategy into financial planning and risk analysis

•    Data management & analysis
o    Lead R&D resource-costing and allocation methodologies by coordinating data inputs and outputs across different portfolio and functions, and ensuring variance analysis
o    Lead the analytical tools upgrades
o    Develop portfolio performance metrics based on multiple and complex data, from different databases 
o    Conduct ad-hoc analysis to resolve daily business requests for internal and external stakeholders.
o    Lead and train a cross-functional network of users globally.

•    Support R&D decision-making process
o    Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using R&D Analytical tools to support portfolio prioritization, portfolio progression and resource utilization analysis by crop, project, and function
o    Identify gaps and opportunities to propose improvements of the end-to-end data-informed decision-making process
o    Develop and monitor R&D KPI/Metrics to ensure effective utilization of R&D resources and alignment with portfolio strategy

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need: 

•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics and/or a 3-years or more experience in business strategy
•    Experience working in and with cross-functional teams R&D, Marketing and Finance preferred
•    Experience in data analysis, financial planning and strategic cost management (preferred)
•    Experience with advance Excel + visualization
•    Experience using & developing enterprise reporting tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau
•    Experience with database management such as Access / SQL is a plus 
•    Experience in the Food and Ag Industry is a plus
•    Experience with project and portfolio management coordination is a plus
•    Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
•    Strong problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships
•    Ability to influence and collaborate effectively and confidently at all internal organizational levels.
•    Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
•    Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees:
•    Competitive salary
o    This position’s range is $70,000 - $81,000

Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures.  As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
