Job description

You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: 

Executing- Contract maintenance, Phytosanitary monitoring, Vendor shipments and settlements

· Contract entry into JDE, including monthly updates on crop quantity estimates, delivery date, and confirmation of signed contracts for each production lot including lot splits.

· Monitor phytosanitary requirements and ensure proper listing on contract addendums, ensure each contract complies with phytosanitary requirements before authorizing shipment

· Coordinate inspection data, lot master and grower weigh tag into JDE. Scan domestic PQs into share drive for domestic crops

· Prepare, gather and maintain required data for state regulatory reporting and quarterly commodity taxes as required.

· Process requests for tag/load sheet printing for field personnel

· Printing of all STS usage reports for domestic production

· Process grower/vendor settlements

· Creation, review, and approval of shipping documents for imported production and export stock seed shipments and confirmation of arrival of shipment to the vendor

· Creation of internal and external testing to prepare for shipment.


Communication – Seed Supply Managers, Vendors, and Internal team

· Collaborate with Seed Supply Managers (SSM), understand timing and quantity adjustments, communicated to supply planning

· Communicate with urgency, concise review of issue to all needed stakeholders including Production Administration Manager, Seed Supply Manager, and vendors when appropriate

· Collaborate with peers to optimize resources in the S&OP department

· Effectively communicates personal performance standards and supports team as an individual contributor


Continuous Improvement – Monitoring contracting compliance, Identify Gaps, Training

· Monitor lots for contract compliance regarding quality requirements

· Identify gaps in process that are driving repeat offenses and escalate and partner with Production Administration Manager to correct

· Completes assigned training to meet current and future goals

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need: 

· High School Diploma or GED

· 2 year college degree or equivalent administrative work experience

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Accounting background a plus

· Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools or reports

· Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

· Keyboarding and 10 key by touch

· Experience with JD Edwards, or other ERP system

· Bilingual desirable – Spanish and/or French
