Job description

You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: 

· Administer benefits billing, chargeback, and invoice processing, partnering with HR, Accounting, and Finance to ensure accurate payments and reporting.

· Accurately process and maintain employee enrollments, status changes, and terminations for the 401(k) Retirement Plan and manage employer matching contributions.

· Assist with retirement and benefits compliance activities, including audits, regulatory reporting, IRS Form 5500 filings, and resolution of discrepancies.

· Conduct audits of 401(k) and legacy pension plan records; research participant files, compile supporting documentation, and assist in resolving compliance-related issues.

· Maintain accurate benefits records, plan documentation, and electronic and hard-copy files to support compliance, audits, and record retention requirements.

· Provide administrative support for retirement/benefits programs, including data entry, record maintenance, departmental filings, and routine plan administration activities.

· Respond to employee inquiries regarding retirement/benefits programs, providing timely and professional manner.

· Monitor and manage inquiries received through Benefits and HR shared inboxes, ensuring prompt follow-up and issue resolution.

· Handle confidential employee information with the highest degree of discretion, professionalism, and data integrity.

· Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need: 

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with emphasis in any one or more of the following or related discipline: human resources, information systems, accounting, finance.

· 3-5 years of related work experience in Benefits Administration, preferably Retirement Plans

· Employee Benefits certifications from CEBS or World at Work is a plus

· Languages: English Essential, Spanish is a plus

HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees:
•    Competitive salary
o    This position’s range with 1-4 years of experience $28 - $35/hr, 5-9 years, $33 - $40/hr
Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures.  As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
