Job description

You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: 

•    Support the design, planning, implementation and communication of employee engagement strategies, activities, and action plans (including satisfaction surveys, recognition programs, corporate activities/events, diversity and inclusion initiatives) to increase our employees’ engagement and connection to their work and company culture in alignment with global priorities.
•    Develop, implement, and monitor employee recognition programs. This includes managing service awards, organizing recognition events, creating engaging communication content, analyzing effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with company policies.
•    Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion policies and programs. Foster a diverse, and inclusive workplace by driving initiatives, providing training, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance. Lead the regional D&I Committee and actively support global committees and efforts.
•    Design, implement, and continuously improve employee orientation and onboarding programs, policies, and activities. Recommend process improvements and adopt best practices to enhance employee experience.
•    Partner in the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development programs to build leadership, manager, and employee capabilities. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, identifying skills gaps, supporting talent review processes, monitoring program effectiveness, and maintaining systems and records.
•    Support the administration of performance management campaigns, including timelines, communication, training, and analysis. Guide and support managers and employees through goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning.
•    Contribute to succession planning by supporting talent review processes, identifying critical roles and talent pools, and providing tools and resources that build leadership pipelines.
•    Support organizational change management by designing communication, training, and adoption plans that help employees navigate transitions and embrace new ways of working.
•    Develop and deliver clear communication and promotion plans to increase awareness, participation, and adoption of OD programs and initiatives across the organization.
•    Analyze data and trends from various sources to evaluate OD initiatives. Develop insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
•    Source, select, and manage external partners and vendors to support OD activities. Monitor performance to ensure quality and effectiveness.
•    Coordinate logistics for OD initiatives and events, including materials, scheduling, and vendor management. Support budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting related to OD activities.
•    Partner with HR and business leaders to align OD processes and programs with company goals and other HR initiatives.
•    Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure OD programs remain innovative, relevant, and effective.
•    Champion OD initiatives and programs as an ambassador of the HM.CLAUSE culture, ensuring our values are upheld and embedded.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field; Master's degree preferred.

•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, with focus on organizational and people development.
•    Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers.
•    Experience with designing and facilitating events and presentations.

•    Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.

HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees:
•    Competitive salary
o    This position’s range is $70,000 - $80,000
Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures.  As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
