Job description

You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: 

· Manage the editorial calendar

· Write internal success stories articles

· Coordinate announcements and articles translations

· Support with the proofreading of articles and announcements (English and/ or Spanish)

· Support with the coordination of AMPA Town Halls

· Support with the coordination of the AMPA IC Network

· Create communication templates.

· Re-design corporate and internal presentations

· Create Internal Communication trainings

· Support with AMPA IC Plan FY27

· Support coordinating agencies and freelancers

· Process payments and make expense reports

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need:

· . High school degree required

· AA degree or current student of communications, advertising or designAcademic or professional experience in writing, Power Point presentations, and design.
