HM.CLAUSE is a Business Unit of Limagrain, an international agricultural co-operative founded and managed by farmers. HM.CLAUSE specializes in the breeding, production, and sale of vegetable seeds. Job description

You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: 

• IP Management Support: 
  • Utility Patent Application Coordination: Manage and coordinate utility patent applications for variety protection. Organize seed deposits for the Intellectual Property (IP) protection process. 
  • Database Management: Update all BU (Business Unit) and LVS (Limagrain Vegetable Seeds) databases to ensure enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). 
  • IP Trainings: Develop and deliver IP trainings for the BU to raise awareness of IP. 
• Life Science Innovation Center Administration Support: 
  • General Management: Provide support to the Life Science Innovation Center, ensuring routine maintenance of equipment, general lab organization, and safety. 
  • Safety Orientation: Organize safety orientations and safety visits for the Life Science Innovation Center. 
  • Website Updates: Make necessary updates to the LSIC website. 
  • Tours: Organize and conduct tours for LSIC for both internal and external stakeholders. 
• General Support: Provide general support to the Innovation, Licensing, and IP Lead. 

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Biology, Plant Science, or other related field. 
• Experience in agriculture or seed company is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge and willingness to work with digital and analytical tools
• Advanced problem-solving skills with effective hands-on task management
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Competitive salary: 
  • This position's range is $22.00-$25.00 per hour

As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
