Job description
PERMANENT MISSIONS:
- Developing people by describing clear work procedure, equipping them appropriate tool, attitude, skill, and knowledge to do it well.

- Participate to documentize work procedures, tools, skills, knowledge, and attitude needed and competency scale to evaluate performance.
- Periodically evaluate, train, coach people above procedures.
- Create strong link between evaluation result and salary increase, bonus, promotion.
- Growing sales and gross margin of current varieties

- Survey market share of current varieties.
- Propose non-technical solution to gain market share.
- Evaluate current varieties’ technical risk and opportunity.
- Propose to Tech Team technical approach to increase market share.
- Together with Tech Team, Sales Rep plan, carry out trial to develop technics.
- Communicate confirmed technical solution.
- Participate on evaluating and optimizing gross margin.
- Developing new varieties

- Gain knowledge of market trend and LVS potential products.
- Analyse portfolio gap and propose wanted list with specification.
- Together with Tech Team, Sales Rep plan, carry out, manage, evaluate trials of new varieties.
- Launch new varieties.
- Keeping professional relationship with distributor, retailer, middlemen, nursery, farmer… to push sales and collect market data (market trend, market size of variety, competitor, season)

- Contribute to improve Customer service procedures.
- Contribute to rank performance of distributors, retailers annually.
- Propose a customer care policy linking to customer ranking and their personal important event.
- Plan visit agenda, which linked to the care policy, to customers in areas.

Supervise: Sales Rep, Tech Sup (administrative)
- Other tasks

- OPEX management: ensure effective allocation of cost within given budget.
- Sales forecast
- Quality Claim management: Collaborate with QA, QC, CS to handle complaint.
- Internal relations: Sales manager, Sales Representative, CS, Tech Lead.

Education & work experience required:
- University degree of agronomy, biology, economy or agricultural related majors
- Minimum 2 years staff supervision experiences
