Main Goal
Technician responsible for ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems, machinery, and automated control equipment, as well as optimizing operational costs and enhancing productivity for the high‑tech agricultural farm.
Cán bộ kỹ thuật phụ trách đảm bảo toàn bộ hệ thống điện, máy móc và các thiết bị điều khiển tự động vận hành ổn định, an toàn, hiệu quả, đồng thời tối ưu hóa chi phí và nâng cao năng suất cho trang trại nông nghiệp công nghệ cao.
Job description
Main duties

- Quản lý và bảo trì thiết bị: Lập kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ cho toàn bộ thiết bị cơ điện và hệ thống điều khiển tự động. Xử lý sự cố khẩn cấp liên quan đến điện, cơ khí và hệ thống điều khiển.
Manage and maintain equipment: Develop preventive maintenance plans for all electromechanical and automated control systems. Handle emergency issues related to electricity, mechanics, and control systems.

- Thiết kế và triển khai hệ thống cơ điện: Lắp đặt, cấu hình và kiểm tra các thiết bị cơ khí và điện như bơm, quạt, động cơ, hệ thống tưới. Thiết kế cải tiến hệ thống cơ khí – điện nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và độ bền thiết bị.
Design and implement electromechanical systems: Install, configure, and inspect mechanical and electrical devices such as pumps, fans, motors, irrigation systems. Improve system design to enhance efficiency and durability.

- Phân tích dữ liệu và tối ưu hóa: Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu. Đề xuất giải pháp tiết kiệm điện, nước, năng lượng dựa trên dữ liệu thực tế.
Analyze data and optimize processes: Collect & analyze data. Propose solutions to save energy, water based on actual data.

- Hướng dẫn và đào tạo: soạn thảo qui trình tài liệu hướng dẫn vận hành và bảo trì, đào tạo và hướng dẫn cho các nhân viên liên quan
Guidance and Training: develop operating and maintenance procedures and manuals, and deliver training and guidance to relevant personnel.

- Hỗ trợ thay thế cho công việc của nhóm bảo trì nhà cửa, máy cày và chuẩn bị giá thể
Provide backup support for the tasks of the facility maintenance team, tractor operation, and substrate preparation.

Follow up labor safety principles and disinfection rules.
What we expect of you
- Tốt nghiệp ngành Cơ điện tử, Tự động hóa hoặc Kỹ thuật điện – điện tử.
Graduated in Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Hiểu biết về hệ thống điều khiển tự động, hệ thống giám sát và thu thập dữ liệu, công nghệ kết nối thiết bị qua Internet.
Knowledge of automated control systems, supervisory monitoring and data acquisition systems, and Internet-connected device technologies.
- Có kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu và đề xuất cải tiến kỹ thuật.
Ability to analyze data and propose technical improvements.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên địa phương và có yêu thích trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp công nghệ cao.
Preference will be given to local candidates and those who are passionate about working in high‑tech agriculture.
