Grower Network Technician who will work directly with farmers throughout the training process on production procedures, supervise their implementation from land preparation, sowing, pollination to harvesting, ensuring that the seeds collected meet the required quantity and quality.
What we expect of you
- Cao đẳng, Đại Học về các ngành có liên quan đến cây trồng
Bachelor’s degree in Horticultural / Agricultural sciences or similar area
- Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí công việc tương đương là một lợi thế nhưng không bắt buộc
Experience is an advantage but not required
Job description
- Main duties
- Giữ được mối quan hệ tốt với mạng lưới người trồng thông qua các buổi viếng thăm, hội thảo và đào tạo qui trình kỹ thuật
Maintain a good relationship with the grower network through visits, workshops and technical process training
- Tập huấn đầu bờ và giám sát quá trình làm đất làm giàn của nông dân đúng tiến độ
Training on the field and supervising the process of preparing soil of growers on time
- Ngâm ủ hạt giống, gieo và cấp phát cây con cho nông dân
Sowing in production office and supply seedling them to growers
- Tập huấn đầu bờ và giám sát quá trình trồng cây, chăm sóc cây cho nông dân đúng kỹ thuật và tiến độ
Training on the field and monitoring the process of transplanting, caring plant of growers for the right technique and on time
- Hướng dẫn và giám sát nông dân bón phân, tưới nước đúng liều lượng và thời điểm như qui trình
Guide and monitor farmers to fertilize, water in the right amount and timing as the process
- Kiểm tra đồng ruộng, phát hiện sâu bệnh để đưa ra phương án giải quyết kịp thời cho nông dân
Regular field visits, detection of pests and diseases to provide timely solutions for growers
- Quản lý độ thuần hạt giống thông qua công tác khữ lẫn, tập huấn – giám sát quá trình thụ phấn thu hoạch của nông dân
Managing seed purity through take out offtype plants, training - monitoring growers' pollination and harvest process
