  • Suporte no processo de contas a pagar
  • Conferência de Impostos sobre Compras e Serviços e lançamentos no sistema integrado
  • Escrituração de Notas Fiscais da Prefeitura de Campinas
  • Conferência do Relatório de Despesas dos Funcionários
  • Entradas e conciliações contábeis
  • Suporte no processo de contas a receber
  • Suporte em análise e concessão de crédito
  • Suporte na gestão da frota de veículos

REQUISITOS & QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Cursando graduação em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Diponibilidade para estagiar por 1 ou 2 anos.
  • Proficiente em MS Office, especialmente Excel, Word e Power Point.
  • Fortes habilidades de atenção à detalhes e organização.
  • Comunicação eficaz e habilidades organizacionais.
  • Disposto de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico.
