Finance Manager – HM.Clause Tohumculuk
HM.Clause Tohumculuk is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth in a dynamic international environment. This role is based in Antalya, and we are also open to candidates willing to relocate.
Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for organizing and supervising all financial activities of HM.Clause Tohumculuk, ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency. This role coordinates accurate financial administration and reporting in close collaboration with Finance services at headquarters and local bookkeeping functions, supporting the company’s financial stability and growth.
What We Expect From You
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish administrative structure for the firm, able to support the growth of it.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules and control procedures in accordance with those of the parent company.
- Oversee the general accounts and statutory accounts.
- Be responsible for accounting closing.
- Ensure proper implementation of accounting standards.
- Be in charge of the annual financial forecasts and propose corrective actions if necessary.
- Establishing a financial policy and risk analysis system
- Be the juridical correspondent in Turkey for all legal and administrative questions
- Be in charge of the monthy/quarterly/annual financial reporting to the parent company in France
- Be in charge of all tax issues
- Be in charge of the budget and analyse budget variances.
- Establish a management control system.
- Perform financial and statistical reporting to the Board of Directors, supervise taxation and tax requirements.
- Manage finance staff
- Manages relationship with external auditors.
- Be responsible with sales team for credit management/collection.
- Manage treasury activities and cash flow
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Accountancy team
Performance Indicators and Accountability:
- Accuracy of bookkeeping both according to Turkish laws and practices and also to Limagrain Group rules
- Accuracy of tax declarations
- Timely and accurate reporting to parent company and Limagrain group
- Have all employees contracts complying to the law
- Control of customers overdues
- Optimization of subsidiary cash position and cash flow

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration / finance
- At least 5 years of experience in administration and/or a related role within an international organization
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
