Purpose of the position
As a true Group Deputy CFO, the incumbent is responsible for supervising the departments in charge of the Limagrain Group's financial and tax management within the Group's Finance Department. He or she will support the Group Chief Financial Officer and take on part of the supervision of the Finance Department, particularly with regard to the preparation, structuring, and security of the Group's financial and tax information, performance monitoring, and indirect purchasing, as well as managing all the teams attached to the position.
Responsibilities
Through the management of the services under his supervision, he is responsible for the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):
- Implementation of targeted group IT solutions (BFC, Kyriba, BI tools, EPM tools, etc.) Development of budgetary processes (rolling forecasts, limitation of repetitive tasks, etc.) and their digitization
- Monitoring technology and proposing changes to finance tools Monitoring and supervising the accounts and budgets of holding companies
- Monitoring, participating in the management and direction of Group IT budgets
- Managing, structuring, and defining the Group's Internal Financial Control action plan Monitoring international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Liaising with, coordinating, and managing auditors, liaising with the Group's internal finance teams
- Supervision of the indirect purchasing department in support of the implementation of a new organization currently being rolled out
- Monitoring of purchasing performance
- Relationship, coordination, and management of CSRD auditors, liaison with the Group's internal CSR teams
- Assessment and monitoring of the Group's tax risks and proposals for optimization solutions
- Implementation of an organization dedicated to public financing of projects within the Group.
What we expect from you
The Group Deputy CFO has proven skills and solid experience in financial and accounting management (including IFRS), FP&A, taxation, understanding of information systems, and internal control in an international environment. He has also been involved in the deployment and monitoring of CSR policy. He is accustomed to managing managers and organizational change with change management support, all with a capacity for delegation and federation.
- Bac+5 (Business School, Engineering School, Chartered Accountant, Auditor) or equivalent experience.
- More than 10 years of experience.
- Fluent English.
