About the Role
We are looking for a HR Business Partner Supply Chain EMEA to support our industrial and supply chain operations across several sites and countries.
You will support more than 300 employees across:
- Manufacturing (Plant)
- Quality Control
- Agro-Manufacturing Operations
- Agronomic Production
- S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
You will work in close collaboration with:
- HR teams in France, Spain and Kenya
- Global Supply Chain HR colleagues in AMPA & Asia
Your mission: support both managers and employees and ensure consistent HR practices and people development
Your Main Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees
- Understand business needs and translate them into HR actions
Employee & Talent Development
- Lead HR cycles: People Review, merit review, performance cycle
- Support recruitment and onboarding for Supply Chain functions
- Help develop capabilities and support leadership and team development
- Guide employees in their development and internal mobility
Employee Relations & Social Climate
- Maintain a positive social climate in your scope
- Work with employee representatives and contribute to social dialogue
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary topics with fairness and confidentiality
- Collaborate closely with HSE and medical teams to support workplace safety and well-being
HR Processes & Continuous Improvement
- Use HR data and systems to support decisions and improve processes
- Contribute to digital HR tools and transformation projects
- Support engagement and culture initiatives (D&I, feedback culture, etc.)
Who you are?
- Master’s degree in HR, Labor Law or similar field
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in industrial or operational environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law and social relations in France
- Fluent in French and advanced level in English
- Able to work in a multicultural, matrix environment
